Our new kiln was delivered on Monday 13 February, 2010.

 

First our old, green,  kiln was removed.

 

Then the new, purple kiln was lifted directly through the kiln room door and rolled into place.

 

 

 

Finally we replaced all our pots on the display shelving.

 

The empty kiln  now awaited new pots and a nervous period while we discover how it fires compared to the old kiln we had used for the last 25 years.
